The following guide walks you through creating an AI Agent, customizing its personality, and configuring its features to align with your brand or objectives.

Create your AI Agent

From the dashboard, you can create an AI Agent in two ways:

• Build from scratch: Create a custom AI Agent with full control over all settings
• Import: Import an existing AI Agent configuration

You can also browse and use Quick Start AI Agent Templates for common use cases like chatting with PDFs, interacting with websites, or providing customer support.

Basic Configuration

Configure the basic settings for your AI Agent:

1. Upload a Logo:

   • Click on the logo icon.
   • Select an image from your device.
   • To remove the logo, click the remove button, and a default logo will appear.

   Ensure your image has a 1:1 aspect ratio and is less than 1MB in size.

2. Enter AI Agent Name: Enter a unique name for your AI Agent. This name helps you identify and distinguish this AI Agent from others.

3. Set Persona: Select a persona type from the dropdown menu. Choose Custom to define your own persona, or select from predefined options.

4. Choose Tone: Select a communication tone for your AI Agent that aligns best with your brand or purpose.

   Tone	Description
   Professional	Focused, clear, and formal.
   Friendly	Approachable, conversational, and warm.
   Sassy	Bold, witty, and playful.
   Empathetic	Understanding and supportive.
   Humorous	Light-hearted and fun.
   Formal	Polished and structured.

5. Adjust Creativity Level: Choose the level that best fits your requirements.

Creativity Level	Description
Low Creativity	Focused on precise, factual, and structured responses.
Medium Creativity	Balances structured responses with some flexibility.
High Creativity	Produces imaginative, varied, and exploratory responses.

Once you've configured all settings, click Create AI Agent to finalize your AI Agent setup. You can preview how your AI Agent will look and interact in the preview panel on the right side of the configuration page.
