Knowledge Folders

Data sources are organized into Knowledge Folders — topic-based groups that give your AI Agent focused, accurate retrieval. Each folder acts as its own retrieval tool, so the agent knows exactly where to look depending on the query.

For example:

• Product Docs → for product features and how-to questions
• Policies & Guidelines → for compliance and policy questions
• FAQs → for common questions and quick answers

Supported Data Source Types

Data sources include:
