WhatsApp Integration Guide

Fynd and Twilio serve as robust WhatsApp providers for AI Agent chatbots, streamlining communication and engagement.

Setup Guide

  1. Navigate to the Deploy section within your AI Agent chatbot dashboard and click on the Setup button in the WhatsApp card. This opens the WhatsApp management interface, allowing you to select your provider.

  2. Choose the Fynd or Twilio tab to enter your credentials. For Twilio, visit the Twilio Console to obtain these details.

    Enter the required information for your chosen provider.
  3. If you haven't yet set up a WhatsApp sender's phone number on Twilio, refer to the Twilio WhatsApp Guide for instructions.

  4. Important: Copy the webhook URL provided and configure it on Twilio's console for your sender phone number. This allows your AI Agent to receive messages sent to your WhatsApp number.

  5. After clicking Save, the system will verify your credentials and sender number by sending a test message to one of our WhatsApp verification numbers.

  6. To test your WhatsApp-enabled AI Agent, simply scan the QR code or click on Open WhatsApp under the Manage section.

Obtaining Fynd Credentials

To get your Fynd WhatsApp Base URL and API Key, you need to submit an integration request form. Our team will review your request and connect with you to provide the necessary credentials.

Complete the WhatsApp Integration Request form with your business and use-case details.
  1. Fill out the WhatsApp Integration Request form with the following required information:

    • Business Name - Your company or organization name
    • Business Website - Your official website URL
    • Email - Your business email address
    • Display Name (WhatsApp) - The name that will appear to users on WhatsApp
    • Contact Number - Your business contact number
    • Primary Use Case - Select the main purpose for using WhatsApp integration
    • Industry - Select your business industry

  2. After submitting the form, our team will review your request and share your Fynd WhatsApp credentials. If you don’t hear back promptly, reach us at support@kaily.ai.
