What is Kaily and how does it work?

Kaily is a conversational AI agent platform that automates customer support, sales, and marketing tasks across chat, voice, email, and WhatsApp—without code.

How does Kaily differ from traditional chatbots?

Where can I publish or deploy the AI agent?

You can publish your AI agent as a dedicated webpage, embed it on your website, or integrate it with WhatsApp or your phone number.

Is customization or personalization available for the AI agent?

Yes, you can customize your AI agent using preset themes or by changing the colors of each component if you're on any of the paid plans. Additionally, the Persona feature allows for more detailed customization of responses.

Which LLMs or chat models are supported?

Kaily supports OpenAI's GPT-3.5, GPT-4o, GPT-4, GPT-4o-mini, Gemini 1.5 Flash, and Gemini 1.5 Pro models.

Can you explain what a datasource is and what types are available?

A datasource is a knowledge base that you upload to train the AI agent. It can be a document, a website link, text, or integrations like Notion, Google Drive, and GitHub. The available data sources include websites, text, Quip Docs, Google Drive, Git, REST APIs, and various file types like PDFs and Excel files.

Is there a limit to the number of organizations I can create?

Yes, you can create up to five organizations as an owner, but there's no limit to the number of organizations you can be part of.

How does the AI Voice feature function?

The AI Voice feature allows for voice calls with your AI agent. This can include making a call to interact with the AI agent via voice or receiving an AI-powered voice call that is interactive and smooth.

How many languages does the AI agent support?

The AI agent supports over 100 languages, including English, Hindi, French, Spanish, Hinglish, Arabic, Indonesian, and Russian.

What are the standout features of the AI agent?

Standout features include lead capturing, human handoff, AI voice calls, and customizable responses using the Persona feature.

Can Kaily integrate with my existing CRM or OMS?

Yes. Kaily offers native integrations with leading CRMs, order-management systems, e-commerce platforms, and Slack. Custom API hooks let you connect virtually any tool.

Is Kaily data-secure and compliant?

Pricing

How are message credits calculated and charged?

One message credit equals one message sent by the user and one response received from the AI. GPT-4 messages are 10 times costlier than GPT-3.5 messages. Therefore, if you’re using GPT 3.5 as your preferred model to get answers, then you consume 1 credit, whereas, if you choose GPT-4 for the same, it will consume 10 message credits. For AI voice calls, the message credit consumption rates are higher.

How are the message credits calculated for AI voice calls?

If you're using AI Voice Call, then for GPT-3.5 you will consume 120 credits/minute; GPT-4o will consume 180 credits/minute; GPT-4 will consume 240 credits/minute.

Is it possible to remove Kaily branding from the AI agent?

Removing Kaily branding is available for paid clients upon request and may incur additional charges. You can contact support@copilot.live for this feature.


Payments

My card was charged, but the payment failed. What should I do?

If your account was debited, but the payment failed, Stripe automatically processes a refund within 5–7 business days. Contact your bank for confirmation.

Can I change my payment method?

Yes, you can update your payment details in your account settings and try again.

How do I know if my payment was successful?

You’ll receive a confirmation email and a receipt once the payment is successful.

Does Kaily support PayPal or UPI?

Currently, payments are processed through Stripe. Check your account settings to see available payment methods.

How can I add the AI agent to my website?

To add the AI agent to your website, go to the 'Deploy' section of your AI agent in the Platform. Get an embed code and add it to the <head> tag on your website.
