Overview
The Overview page provides a comprehensive dashboard-style summary of your AI Agent's current status and performance. It displays key metrics and insights to help you monitor your AI Agent's conversations and overall effectiveness.
AI Agent Information
The top section displays essential information about your AI Agent:
- Creation Date: When your AI Agent was created
- Domain: The Public Webpage URL or Custom Domain (if any) connected to your AI Agent
- Status: Active/Inactive toggle to enable or disable your AI Agent
- Last Synced: Timestamp showing when data was last synchronized (updates automatically every 10 minutes)
Usage Overview
This card provides a quick snapshot of your AI Agent's engagement metrics:

| Data Sources | Number of connected data sources providing information to your AI Agent |
AI Actions
Displays the total number of MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools and Workflows configured for your AI Agent, showing the current count out of the maximum limit (e.g., 1/128).
Sentiment Analysis
Analyzes the emotional tone of conversations and displays the distribution across three categories:
- Neutral: Percentage and count of neutral interactions
- Positive: Percentage and count of positive interactions
- Negative: Percentage and count of negative interactions
Topics
Lists the most common topics or themes identified in conversations, each displayed with its frequency count to help you understand what users are asking about most frequently.
Feedback Analysis
Shows the breakdown of explicit feedback received from users:
- Positive Feedback: Percentage and count of positive ratings (thumbs up)
- Negative Feedback: Percentage and count of negative ratings (thumbs down)
Sentiment Quality Trends
Displays a visual line graph tracking sentiment trends over time. You can toggle between different time periods:
- Daily: View day-by-day sentiment changes
- Weekly: View week-by-week sentiment trends
- Monthly: View month-by-month sentiment patterns
The graph uses a scale of 0-10 to represent the emotional quality of interactions, with different colored lines representing various sentiment dimensions.
Regularly monitor the Sentiment Analysis and Feedback Analysis metrics to understand user satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in your AI Agent's responses. Use the Sentiment Quality Trends graph to spot patterns and track improvements over time.
