AI Video Call

In this tab, you can customize your AI Agent's video appearance for video call interactions. This allows you to create a more engaging and personalized experience when users interact with your AI Agent through video calls.

Select Avatar

• Choose a visual avatar that represents your AI Agent during video calls. You can select from a variety of human avatars, each with unique appearances and characteristics.

  Select an avatar that aligns with your brand's personality and the type of interactions you want to create. The avatar will be the face of your AI Agent during video calls.

Select Voice

• Choose a voice for your avatar. The voice is automatically matched to the selected avatar to ensure a cohesive and natural-sounding experience during video interactions.

  The voice selection is automatically synchronized with your chosen avatar to maintain consistency between the visual and audio aspects of your AI Agent.

Supported Deployments

• The AI Video Call feature is available for the following deployment methods:

  • Web Widget: Enable video calls directly from your website widget

  • Public Webpage: Allow video interactions on your standalone AI Agent webpage

  • Mobile: Integrate video call functionality into your mobile application

    AI Video Call is available on Enterprise Plan Only. Remember to enable the AI Video Call feature in the respective deployment settings (Web Widget, Public Webpage, or Mobile) from the Deploy section to activate this functionality.
