AI Voice

In this tab, you can customize how your AI Agent sounds during voice interactions. This is important for creating a smooth and enjoyable experience for users when they talk to your AI Agent.

You can pick the voice your Copilot will use. There are many voice options to choose from. Keep in mind that some voices may not work on every platform, so it's good to test and see what works best.

Ambient Sound

This option allows you to add background sounds during calls. It can make voice interactions feel more realistic and less robotic.

Example: You can add gentle background noise to mimic a real environment, or leave it blank for a quieter experience.

Language

You can select the language your AI Agent will use during conversations. This helps the AI Agent understand and speak to users in different languages or dialects.

Boosted Keywords

Boosted Keywords helps your AI Agent recognize specific words or names more accurately during voice transcription. Add important terms like company names, product names, or brand names to ensure they're transcribed correctly.

Example: If your company name is "FYND", adding it as a boosted keyword will help the AI Agent correctly transcribe it even if it's pronounced in different ways or in noisy environments.
