Welcome Settings

In this section, you can easily customize how users can interact with your AI Agent

• Title: Add a brief greeting (up to 50 characters) like “Hi, how can I help?”

• Subtitle: Provide a short description (up to 100 characters) such as “You can ask me anything.”

• Conversation Starters: Enter up to 10 conversation suggestions. Press “Enter” to add each one.

• Auto Suggestions: Enable automatic follow-up suggestions. Each set of suggestions uses 1 message credit.

  Personalize the greeting in the Welcome Setting

  Set the title and subtitle for the welcome message.

AI Welcome Content

Customize AI Agent's greeting with AI-generated content that adjusts based on user intent or context, enhancing user engagement.

To create an AI-driven greeting:

1. Click on the AI Welcome section in the settings.

   Access the AI Welcome Content section to create dynamic greetings.

2. Write a custom prompt for example, "Generate context-based greetings"

   Write a custom AI prompt to tailor your greeting message.

3. Click Done to apply the new greeting.

   Save the AI-generated greeting with the 'Done' button.

4. Save changes and preview the updated greeting in the widget to ensure it appears as desired.

   Preview the updated AI-generated greeting in the widget.
