Helpdesk
The Helpdesk is a cross-agent inbox that lets your team manage every customer conversation and contact in one place — regardless of which AI Agent handled the interaction or which channel it came from (web widget, WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram, Instagram, etc.).
The Helpdesk has two sections:

|---|---|
| Threads | View, filter, and respond to customer conversations that require human attention |
| Contacts | Browse all users who have interacted with your AI Agents, see their history and profile |
Desktop only
The Helpdesk is not available on mobile screens. Use a desktop or laptop browser.
Opening Helpdesk
Click Helpdesk in the global navigation bar (left strip). It defaults to the Threads page. Use the sub-navigation to switch between Threads and Contacts.
