Helpdesk

The Helpdesk is a cross-agent inbox that lets your team manage every customer conversation and contact in one place — regardless of which AI Agent handled the interaction or which channel it came from (web widget, WhatsApp, Slack, Telegram, Instagram, etc.).

Access Threads and Contacts from the Helpdesk section in the global navigation bar.

The Helpdesk has two sections:

ThreadsView, filter, and respond to customer conversations that require human attention
ContactsBrowse all users who have interacted with your AI Agents, see their history and profile
Desktop only

The Helpdesk is not available on mobile screens. Use a desktop or laptop browser.

Opening Helpdesk

Click Helpdesk in the global navigation bar (left strip). It defaults to the Threads page. Use the sub-navigation to switch between Threads and Contacts.
