Campaigns
Campaigns let you send a one-time or scheduled bulk WhatsApp broadcast to an audience of contacts using an approved WhatsApp template — then track delivery, read, and failure rates in real time.
Today, WhatsApp is the only supported channel. The feature is designed to support more channels in the future.
Permissions
Only Owner and Admin organization members can create or manage Campaigns. Support-agent-only roles don't see the Campaigns section.
Opening Campaigns
Click Campaigns in the global navigation bar to open the campaign listing.

Campaigns is rolled out behind a feature flag. If you don't see it in your navigation, ask your admin to enable it for your organization.
The Campaigns area has three pages:
