Campaign Listing
The Campaign Listing page shows every campaign your organization has created, in a table:

| Campaign | Campaign name and the date it was created |
| Provider | The WhatsApp provider/number used to send it |
| Template | The WhatsApp template used for the broadcast |
| Audience | Number of recipients |
| Delivery | Sent vs. failed count |
| Status | Current campaign status |
Searching and filtering
- Search campaigns by name (up to 40 characters).
- Filter by status using the dropdown above the table.
- Results are paginated, 20 campaigns per page.
Row behavior
- Click any row to open its campaign detail page — except Draft campaigns, which reopen in the creation wizard so you can finish setting them up.
- Rows for campaigns that are currently Queued or Sending refresh automatically every few seconds.
Creating a campaign
Click Create Campaign in the top-right corner to start the campaign creation wizard. This button is only visible to Owner and Admin organization members.
Campaign statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Saved but not yet launched; missing required steps |
| Scheduled | Launched with a future send time |
| Queued | Waiting to start sending |
| Sending | Actively delivering messages |
| Completed | All messages processed successfully |
| Partially Failed | Finished, but some messages failed to deliver |
| Failed | The campaign could not be sent |
| Cancelled | Manually cancelled before completion |
